Ashneer Grover Loses 10 Kg, Here Are Two Things That Helped Him In Weight Loss

Ashneer Grover has been on a weight loss journey ever since he completed the filming of the 1st season of Shark Tank India. Unlike many others, the 40-year-old man stayed on the grind to lose weight and become healthy.

As Mr. Grover focused on the right things to lose weight, he successfully achieved his goal. This past Monday, Mr. Grover took to his Instagram handle to share the good news of losing 10 Kg of weight.

While many people congratulated him and gave the man his perks for doing hard work, some people responded with awfully funny comments that Mr. Grover used mainly to criticize the contestants of Shark Tank India.

Who’s Ashneer Grover?

Ashneer Grover is the co-founder of the Indian fintech company BharatPe. He was also the Managing Direction (MD) of it until the start of this year. Citing the claims of extensively misappropriating BharatPe’s funds, Mr. Grover had to cut ties with the company.

This last year, the former BharatPe founder was invited to be a judge on Shark Tank India, where contestants present their business idea and ask judges to invest in them. Mr. Grover became famous from the show due to his business mindset and straightforward speaking skills with the contestants.

The Heart of The Matter…

As mentioned earlier, Ashneer Grover was on a weight loss journey ever since his time on Shark Tank India. About five months ago, Mr. Grover shared an update (see the picture below) of him being on a weight loss journey, where he wrote “Losing inches and kilos ! Eating healthy and walking miles”.

The two main things he revealed about his weight loss strategy were nothing extraordinary but just simple things that everyone knows but still doesn’t follow: Eating healthy and walking to burn calories.

These two things seemingly worked out for Mr. Grover since earlier this Monday, he revealed that he had lost 10 Kg of weight.

He also cited discipline and determination as the key factors that helped him achieve this major weight loss goal (see the pic below).

What’s Next For Ashneer Grover?

Ever since getting ousted from the Indian fintech company BharatPe, Mr. Grover has been focused on starting another business but without taking the money from investors.

During the recently-held TiECon-2022 start-up and entrepreneurial event in Chandigarh, Mr. Grover said “I wish to start my own venture with my own money and make it profitable”. He also said “I don’t want to go to the investors again”, and that his recent tussle with BharatPe was a “badly fought corporate battle”.
