He’s always the first person to arrive at Gymshark HQ. While his days are very much inconsistent, three things that help him create a balance are a morning routine, which will be revealed below, a lunch at 12:30 PM, and, of course, a gym session.

Ben Francis is the CEO of a fitness apparel and accessories brand called Gymshark. He founded the company in his parent’s garage. Francis studied international business and management at Aston University.

He initially sold fitness supplements on Gymshark but faced multiple issues with acquiring the product and distributing it. So, he started selling self-designed fitness apparel on Gymshark. Ben Francis’ current net worth is around $700 million.


The Heart of The Matter…

So, Ben Francis starts his morning between 5:30 a.m. and 5:45 a.m. He says, “It’s my sweet spot when I’ve got the most energy, which my wife isn’t particularly happy about. I go to bed early to get up early as I want at least eight hours of sleep.”

He then cooks his breakfast that he eats every day – Eggs & Bacon. One thing he makes sure of is that he doesn’t use his phone from the moment he gets up in the morning until he eats his breakfast.

He then dresses up and goes to Gymshark HQ. He works until the afternoon and then eats lunch. After this, he attends the meetings and does other tasks before leaving the office and going to work out at the gym at 06:30 p.m.


What’s Next For Ben Francis?

Ben Francis is just 30 years old and has big news coming in. The owner of an active clothing brand is expecting twins with his wife. When his wife gives birth, he very much wants to be with his family.
